There are places we visit.
And then there are places that somehow become part of us.
On September 26, we invite you to spend a full day with us at Raison d’Être Ranch for something very special. Where Hooves Meet Heaven was created to honor the land that holds us, the herd that heals us, and the connection between all of it.
This is not simply an event you come and watch. It is a day to slow down, breathe, connect, set intention, spend time with the animals, and become part of the blessing of this land and everything still becoming here.

About Journey With Equus
Rescue is only the beginning.
Journey With Equus is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to raise awareness of the gifts horses have to give beyond the saddle through equine-partnered wellness.
The horses who find their way here are given the care, time and dignity they deserve. When they are fully supported, we have greater capacity to open the gates to more people and create opportunities for connection, awareness, healing and hope through the extraordinary gifts of the horse.
We depend on the kindness of our community to keep doing this work. Donations help care for the herd from hay, feed and supplements to veterinary care, farrier care, medications, shelter and everyday supplies.
Every gift helps us care for a horse and creates the opportunity to touch another human life.
